  I ordered 2 pair of shoess They left my shoes.some and sent me a picof a woman with no door number. There is a lady in the picture they have sent me taking the parcels. They marked as delivered to my address They sent me forms to sign and they got Evri to email me forms they want me to declare that I checked with my neighbours and house members when they went to deliver to a door I don't recognise or the person taking the parcel. I signed digitally and sent back. They sent me an email saying they want me to.print, sign by hand and send to them. I refused to sign my hand 1 because I don't have access to a printer and 2 I don't know what they will do with my signature especially when they sent Evri to email me to collect my signature. SCAM!!!, don't buy from this company. I am leasing with a solicitor now to get my money back from them as it is getting very stressful dealing with them. I don't understand why they want me to sign by hand when I emailed them.back the forms they sent me signed digitally. Never will buy from them again I left them a review about the experience on Trustpilo, they replied saying they will sort it out On 09.10.2025. After 6 days from their reply I sent the below message to the email that they have been emailing me from but no reply till tod Hello, it was be nearly 1 monIth soon and I have not heard from you since you replied to the above review I left on here. Can you update me on what is going on??????

  Really lovely store, great customer service from all staff and the manager. I couldn’t quite find the size I was looking for, but Giovanni called the Covent Garden branch to check if they had stock and they did. Thank you so much.
